Hydrogen pressure sensor

Hydrogen pressure sensor, liquid level transmitter, high static pressure differential pressure transmitter, diffusion silicon pressure sensor
The RPT8100/RPT8300 high static pressure differential pressure transmitter is a new type of high static pressure transmitter produced by our company through the introduction of advanced foreign technology and equipment. The key raw materials, components, and parts are all imported, and the whole machine has undergone strict assembly and testing. This high static pressure transmitter has advanced design principles, complete varieties and specifications, and easy installation and use.

Product details

Due to the complete integration of the structural advantages of the two popular and widely used transmitters (Rosemount 3051 and Yokogawa EJA) in the appearance of the intelligent high static pressure differential pressure transmitter model, users have a refreshing feeling. At the same time, it can be directly replaced with traditional 1151, CECC and other series products in installation, with strong universality and substitution ability. In order to adapt to the continuous improvement and development of domestic automation level, this series of high static pressure differential pressure transmitters not only has a compact and exquisite design, but also introduces intelligent functions with HART fieldbus protocol.
1.1. Reference accuracy
± 0.1% calibration range
1.2. Stability:
6 months, ± 0.1% URL
1.3. Environmental temperature impact
Zero point error: ± 0.2% URL/56 ℃
Overall error: ± (0.2% URL+0.18% calibration range)/56 ℃
1.4. Static pressure influence
1.4.1. Zero point:
At a static pressure of 31027kPa, it is ± 2.0% URL. Zero point error can be corrected online through zero adjustment.
1.4.2. Range:
Can be corrected to ± 0.25% output reading/6895kPa
1.5. Vibration impact:
In any axial direction, the vibration effect at 200Hz is ± 0.05% URL/g
1.6. Power supply impact:
Less than ± 0.005% output range/volt.
1.7. Load impact:
There is no load impact unless there is a change in the power supply voltage.
1.8. Electromagnetic interference/radio frequency interference (EMI/RFI impact)
When the field strength reaches 30V/M from 20 to 1000MHz, the output drift is less than ± 0.1% of the range.
1.9. Installation location impact
The zero drift is at most ± 0.25kPa. All zero drift can be corrected; Has no impact on the measurement range.
2. Functional specifications
2.1. Measurement range: see selection table
2.2. Zero point and range
It can be adjusted using the local range and zero buttons, or remotely using a HART controller.
