What are the components of the oil pressure sensor

Time : 2022-02-25

Oil pressure sensors are widely used in industrial machinery. Today, we will talk about the components of oil pressure sensors.
Firstly, the oil pressure sensor mainly consists of three parts: a pressure sensor, a transmission circuit, and an electrical output interface. The basic structure of a voltage sensor is to sense pressure changes through a strip resistor, and at the same time, amplify the resistance changes into a pressure difference through a Wheatstone bridge structure, which is then transmitted to the transmission circuit for filtering, amplification, and other processing. In the process of oil pressure detection, temperature changes are inevitable. Usually, a temperature sensitive resistor is made separately from the four resistance bars of the Wheatstone bridge to synchronously detect the temperature changes in the area where the sensitive resistor is located, providing temperature values for subsequent temperature drift correction.
At the same time, in order to prevent the impact of excessive oil pressure, some products have a funnel-shaped inlet at the front end of the pressure tap, which can significantly avoid and reduce the impact of excessive oil pressure
