Application of Heavy Load Pressure Sensors

Time : 2022-01-06

In many cases, heavy-duty pressure sensors can play their unique role, whether it is providing feedback for the pump pressure of HVAC systems through hydraulic measurement control circuits or measuring the pressure of coolant flow, heavy-duty pressure sensors can output high-level signals. Currently, design engineers are facing the enormous challenge of designing more complex control systems. These systems rely on providing more feedback signals than previous systems. Therefore, design engineers must consider components that meet the requirements of high precision, lower overall cost, and ease of implementation for applications. Currently, control systems mostly use pressure switches for control. This switch opens and closes around a set point, and its output is usually reviewed at the end of the day. This type of system is mainly used for monitoring. Compared with the above control system, the system using pressure sensors can timely and accurately measure pressure spikes, thereby issuing warnings before danger occurs or the control system fails. Sensors connected to computers can measure actual pressure, allowing users to accurately monitor and control the system. Pressure data is generally used to dynamically measure system performance, monitor usage status, and ensure system energy efficiency. A system using sensors can provide more and more effective data points.
So in short, a heavy-duty pressure sensor is a pressure measurement device with a housing, metal pressure interface, and high-level signal output. Many sensors are equipped with circular metal or plastic housings, with a cylindrical appearance, one end being a pressure interface and the other end being a cable or connector. This type of heavy-duty pressure sensor is commonly used in extreme temperature and electromagnetic interference environments.
In practical life applications, we need to carefully distinguish the appropriate pressure sensor.
