The working principle of a small floating ball level switch is direct and simple. Usually, one or more magnetic spring switches are set in a sealed non-magnetic metal or plastic tube according to the needs. Then, a hollow floating ball with a ring permanent magnet inside is fixed to the relevant position of the magnetic spring switch in the body rod, so that the floating ball can float up and down within a certain range. The magnet inside the floating ball is used to attract the closure of the magnetic spring switch, generating switch action to control the liquid level. Normally open and normally closed are the switch states when no liquid is injected, which can be specified by the user. Generally, the switch state can be switched.
