The elastic body of the flat membrane pressure sensor is made of high-quality materials, with membrane isolation technology and no pressure holes in the test head. There is no blockage caused by viscous media during the measurement process. The integrated structure design is suitable for pressure measurement and control of viscous media.
The working principle of a flat membrane pressure sensor is that the medium pressure directly acts on the diaphragm of the sensor, causing the diaphragm to produce a micro displacement proportional to the medium pressure, resulting in a change in the resistance of the sensor. This change is detected by electronic circuits and converted into a standard signal corresponding to this pressure.
